OTT release date of ‘Dhurandhar 2’ will be streamed on Jio-Hotstar from June 5, the second highest grossing film in India.

Ranveer Singh starrer film ‘Dhurandhar 2’ is now ready for release on digital platform after record breaking performance at the box office. Directed by Aditya Dhar, this film will stream on Jio-Hotstar from June 5. The digital premiere of the film is scheduled for June 4 at 7 pm. This franchise has become India’s most successful film series by collecting more than Rs 3000 crore worldwide. Streaming was announced on social media. The streaming platform has given information about the OTT release of the film on its official Instagram handle. The post read, “What is coming as a storm is called Dhurandhar. Watch Dhurandhar: The Revenge, Raw and Undiscovered. Grand Digital Premiere on 4th June at 7 pm, streaming starts from 5th June only on Jio-Hotstar.” India’s second highest-grossing film Dhurandhar: The Revenge continues to create records at the box office. The film has so far earned around ₹1144 crore net collection in India and around ₹1795 crore gross worldwide. The film created a new record by earning ₹75 crore from paid previews and later overtook Baahubali 2: The Conclusion in worldwide collections. It is the second highest grossing film in India. Dhurandhar and Dhurandhar 2 together earned more than Rs 3,000 crore worldwide. After this it became the first Indian film franchise to earn more than Rs 3,000 crore. When more than one part of a film is made after its success, it takes the form of a franchise. Long star cast in the film, Ranveer Singh is in the lead role in this sequel. Apart from them, actors like Sanjay Dutt, R Madhavan, Arjun Rampal, Sara Arjun, Gaurav Gera, Rakesh Bedi and Brajendra Kala will be seen in the film. Let us tell you that Akshay Khanna also played an important role in the first part of this franchise. The film has been produced jointly by Jyoti Deshpande and Aditya Dhar under the banners of Jio Studios and B62 Studios. Arjun said – History is made with such a film.
