Bollywood is divided into two factions over CJP’s ongoing agitation in Delhi regarding irregularities in NEET exam and education reforms. On one hand, while senior actors like Shabana Azmi and Prakash Raj are taking to the streets demanding the resignation of the Union Education Minister, on the other hand, BJP MPs Kangana Ranaut and Hema Malini have called this protest wrong. Shabana Azmi and Prakash Raj reach Jantar Mantar Senior actress Shabana Azmi reached Delhi on Monday to join the CJP protest march. The 75-year-old actress was seen traveling in a truck with the protesters and crossing the barricades. While sharing the pictures on social media, he wrote that finally the government has agreed to talks. This is a peaceful demonstration for education reforms at Jantar Mantar. Shabana’s answer to the non-attendance of the rest of the cast: When news agency PTI asked a question on the non-attendance of Bollywood celebrities, she said that people only talk about the absence of film stars. No one questions the non-involvement of big businessmen or industrialists. By asking such questions the main issue is diverted and unnecessary controversy is created. Kangana called the movement an attempt to create pressure. On the other hand, BJP MP and actress Kangana Ranaut has strongly criticized this movement. Speaking to the media outside Parliament House, Kangana said that Parliament is the right place to discuss issues in detail, not the streets. He said that the people have elected a government and the decision to run the government should be theirs. Kangana said that all of them are creating ruckus at Jantar Mantar. BJP MP Hema Malini also opposed this demonstration while talking to news agency ANI. He said that nothing is going to be achieved by such agitation.
