Mumbai Police has registered an FIR against Peter Haag, husband of actress Celina Jaitley. The actress has accused him of assault, harm, threatening and constant harassment. According to the report of news agency ANI, an FIR was registered on Friday at Versova Police Station in Mumbai. Police have registered a case under sections 85, 115(2), 351(2) and 352 of the Indian Code of Justice (BNS), 2023. This action has been taken in addition to the ongoing legal process under the Domestic Violence Act, 2005. Mumbai Police has also issued a Look Out Circular (LOC) against Peter Haag for not cooperating in the investigation. The actress also accused her husband of emotional, physical, sexual, verbal and financial abuse. She claimed that she was forced to leave her home in Austria and return to India and has since not been allowed to meet her children. In the video, she was seen crying at the grave of her late son Shamsher in Austria. Celina told that she was in Austria for the last two weeks for the divorce hearing.
