Among the highest grossing films of Imtiaz Ali’s career, ‘Love Aaj Kal’ still remains at the first position with Rs 67 crore and ‘Tamasha’ remains at the second position with Rs 65.5 crore. The film with a budget of Rs 70 crore made a great recovery. According to reports, the total budget of this film was Rs 70 crore. The film has so far recovered about 89.44 percent of its budget. The film’s earnings are showing steady growth. It did a business of Rs 22 lakh on its 32nd day, while on the 33rd day its earnings registered an increase and the film collected Rs 27 lakh.
