Maddock Films has chosen the real ravines of Chambal instead of the studio sets of Mumbai and Hyderabad for the shooting of its next film ‘Shaktishalini’. After films like ‘Stree’, ‘Bhediya’, ‘Munjya’ and ‘Thama’, Maddock is now working on a new horror-drama film. According to reports, ‘a mixture of Tantra-vidya, folklore, Chambal background and action can be seen in the film. Aneet Padda, Vishal Jethwa and Vineet Kumar Singh will be seen in it. Chambal will be the character of the film, not the location. According to sources related to the film, ‘In this, Chambal will not be shown just as a shooting location, but as an important part of the story. The desolation of the ravines, caves, mud and silence of the night will make the atmosphere of the film more effective. Vishal Jethwa, who became famous with ‘Mardaani 2′, is going to be seen in a completely new and intense avatar in this film. During the initial shooting, he was seen in school uniform, which is believed to be a part of the story related to the characters’ childhood or flashbacks. However, later his look appeared to change completely. Mysterious ‘Tantric Caves’ built in 15 days According to reports, instead of resorting to studio sets for the film, the makers built a big set amidst the real ravines of Chambal. It is being told that after about 15 days of hard work, an atmosphere like ancient Tantric caves was created there. The design of these caves is inspired by folklore, old temples and tantric traditions of Central India. Inside the set, secret passageways, huge statues, fire pits and many mysterious symbols have been used, which made the atmosphere of the film look more effective. Information has also come to light that some important twist and climax scenes of the film were shot in these caves. Strict instructions were also given regarding the use of mobile phones on the unit to maintain confidentiality during the shooting. Aneet is playing a mysterious character. Aneet Padda will be seen in the role of Shalini in the film. Let us tell you that the story starts with an ordinary rural girl, whose life completely changes after mysterious incidents.
