Salman Khan has also got relief from the National Consumer Forum (NCDC) in the case of misleading advertisement of Rajshree Pan Masala. At present Salman Khan will not have to come to Kota for FSL investigation. National Consumer Forum has given stay on the ongoing action against Salman Khan in Kota Consumer Forum. The next hearing of the case will be on June 22. In this case, the High Court had issued a stay on May 27. Whose next hearing is to be held on July 14. Salman Khan was ordered to appear. Advocate Rakesh Suwalka, on behalf of Pan Masala Company, said that the petitioner BJP leader and advocate Indramohan Singh Honey had raised objection regarding Salman Khan’s signature on the Vakalatnama and reply presented by Salman Khan in the Kota Consumer Forum. On this, the District Consumer Court had passed an order on 26 December 2025, in which Salman Khan’s signatures were examined by FSL and he was directed to appear in person and present his signed affidavit. When Salman Khan did not appear in the court, the petitioner had filed an application for contempt of court. In protest against this action, an application was presented by Salman Khan to Rajasthan High Court and National Consumer Forum. Demanded to stay the order of Kota Consumer Court on 26 December 2025. While hearing the case next on July 14, the High Court had issued a stay on May 27. A copy of the High Court order was presented in the Kota Consumer Forum by Salman Khan’s lawyer. Now the National Consumer Forum, while hearing the case, has issued a stay on June 10. A copy of the order of the National Consumer Forum was presented in the Kota Consumer Forum on June 11. On behalf of Salman Khan’s lawyer, complainant Indra Mohan Singh Honey also presented an application in the National Consumer Forum on June 25 to withdraw the complaint against Vimal Pan Masala.
