Marathi cinema actress and filmmaker Mahesh Manjrekar’s wife Medha Manjrekar has revealed her cancer diagnosis. 58 year old Medha shared a long and emotional note on Instagram saying that she is undergoing cancer treatment.
During this difficult journey, her husband Mahesh Manjrekar, family and friends supported her completely. While sharing some pictures of the hospital, Medha has openly talked about the physical and mental changes that took place during the treatment.

Earlier in the year 2021, Mahesh Manjrekar himself was diagnosed with high-grade urinary bladder cancer. At that time, he had undergone a major surgery in a hospital in Mumbai, after which he completely recovered.
During Mahesh’s treatment, Medha had emotionally supported and strengthened the entire family. Now when Medha herself is battling this disease, Mahesh and the entire family stand strongly with her.

Medha Manjrekar also played the role of Janaki in this film. Medha is known for her stellar Marathi films like ‘Natsamrat’ (2016), ‘Kaksparsh’ (2012) and ‘De Dhakka’ (2008). He was last seen in the Marathi film ‘Ek Radha Ek Meera’.
