Anupama fame actress Rupali Ganguly is facing trolling for raising questions about power cuts for hours. Actually, Rupali posted on social media that there was no electricity in her house for about 5 hours last night. When the question was raised, some trollers trolled the actress saying that she used to praise Prime Minister Narendra Modi, but now she is also complaining about the inconvenience. Rupali, who lives in Versova area of Mumbai, told on social media platform Tagging the electricity supply company Adani Group, Rupali has also accused their chatbot service of giving wrong information.

There was complete power failure since 1 o’clock in the night. Rupali Ganguly shared a post on X around 5:29 am on Sunday. In this he wrote that along with his building, the electricity problem in two other societies started from 11 pm on Saturday night. Initially the lights kept coming on and off, but at 1 o’clock in the night the power went off completely. He expressed surprise over the problem of such long power cuts in a big city like Mumbai.
Questions raised on company’s chatbot service The actress tagged Adani Online in her post and criticized the customer service of the company. He wrote, ‘Your useless chatbot has been saying for the last 4 hours that the problem will be fixed in 34 minutes. Now he is saying that there is no power cut in the area. Rupali said that no correct information is being received from the digital help desk and people are getting worried.

Referring to this, Rupali wrote, ‘When this is happening in the financial capital, I cannot even imagine what the people living in small towns and villages must be facing.’ Many other social media users have also commented on this post of Rupali regarding power cuts in different areas of Mumbai.

One user wrote that due to heat and humidity the condition was very bad throughout the night, in the morning a person went to Adani’s office from the A-wing of our building but found it closed. Another user wrote that nowadays sudden power cuts have started again in big cities.
