The 2010 FIFA World Cup is remembered in many ways. A big reason for this is Shakira’s song ‘Wakka Wakka’. The same song which created a stir from the stadium to the Indian TV screens, now this popular song is going to resonate live in India again after 19 years.
Colombian pop star Shakira will perform in Mumbai and Delhi in April 2026. Their shows to be held on April 10 and 15 will be a part of ‘Feeding India Concert 2026’. Not just Shakira, many big global artists will perform in the next few months.
Kanye West: The 24-time Grammy winner’s first show
On March 29, 2026, American rapper Kanye West will perform his first India concert at the Jawaharlal Nehru Stadium in Delhi. This debut of the 24-time Grammy winner is being considered a big moment for hip-hop fans.
Max Richter: the British composer’s first show
Oscar-nominated composer Max Richter will perform his first Indian live show in Mumbai on April 18. He has also given background scores for Hollywood films. Similarly, Berlin based collective Keinemusik will also perform in Mumbai on March 27.
Scorpions: India tour after two decades
After almost two decades, German rock band Scorpions is also returning to India. His shows will be held in Shillong, Gurugram, Bengaluru and Mumbai between 21st and 30th April. The last time this band performed its concert in India was in December 2007. This band has hits from the 80’s.
