Hollywood’s famous film ‘Jurassic Park’ and Oscar-winning film ‘The Piano’ actor Sam Neill died on Monday at the age of 78. His family confirmed the sad news in a statement released on social media.
According to a family statement, Sam Neal died suddenly. However, he also said that Sam had completely recovered from cancer. In the year 2023, he himself revealed that he was suffering from a rare blood cancer called angioimmunoblastic T-cell lymphoma. After treatment his illness was cured. At present the family has not revealed the reason for his death.
Sam Neill was known for his strong and natural acting. He worked in many great films, but he got the most popularity from the character of Dr. Alan Grant in ‘Jurassic Park’.

Apart from this, he also played an important role in the Oscar winning film ‘The Piano’.
Sam Neill was one of the artists who brought Australian cinema to worldwide recognition in the late 1970s. His film career spanned more than five decades and he won the hearts of millions of people with his brilliant acting.
