After the marriage, South stars Rashmika Mandanna and Vijay Deverakonda left for Hyderabad from Udaipur on Friday afternoon. Rashmika reached the airport in a red suit holding husband Vijay’s hand.

Vijay was wearing light pistachio colored kurta-pajama. Both of them gave flying kisses to the fans at the airport and thanked the fans with their heads bowed.
The couple got married as per Telugu and Kodava customs at Hotel Mammetose Ekaya on 26 February.
Wedding guests including Telugu film director Tarun Bhaskar, actress Isha Rebba and stylist Shravya Verma returned to Hyderabad in the afternoon.
Sandeep Reddy Vanga, director of the films ‘Kabir Singh’ and ‘Animal’, was the first to take a flight to Hyderabad this morning.
After Rashmika-Vijay’s wedding, there will be a reception in Hyderabad on 3rd and 4th March. It will include stars and political personalities from South and Bollywood film industry.

Along with fans on Instagram, Bollywood stars also congratulated Rashmika-Vijay for their marriage. Sidharth Malhotra, his wife Kiara Advani, Vicky Kaushal, Karan Johar, Rakul Preet Singh congratulated both of them and also shared their wedding photo.
The bride and groom were seen in traditional classic look at the wedding
In the wedding, Rashmika wore a vermillion colored saree with golden border. She had the classic look of a South Indian bride. Wore a gold band and necklace on the forehead. There were tears of joy in Rashmika’s eyes during the ceremony of wearing the Mangalsutra.
Whereas Vijay Deverakonda wore dhoti and vermilion red colored scarf on his shoulder. Both were looking beautiful in their traditional attire. The family had applied black tilak on the faces of both of them to protect them from prying eyes.
Vijay’s brother Anand Deverakonda shared a photo with his brother and sister-in-law. He wrote- I pray that he keeps smiling like this throughout his life. Stay together all your life.
Danced in DJ night
The wedding was followed by a DJ night at Hotel Mammetos Ekaya. Famous DJ Ganesh (Ganesh Ranganathan) was specially called for this. Songs from South films and Rashmika’s Bollywood films ‘Animal’, ‘Chhaava’ were also played on the DJ. The song ‘Srivalli’ from Rashmika’s South superhit film ‘Pushpa’ was also played on the DJ.
Rashmika Mandanna and Vijay Deverakonda had come to Udaipur on 23 February. On day 4, pre-wedding and wedding functions took place at Hotel Mammetos Ekaya. In the pre-wedding, a ‘VIROSH Premier League’ match took place between their family and friends. Pool party and dinner took place. Wedding functions started from 25th February.

Vijay Deverakonda wrote- ‘Missed her in such a way that if she was around, my day would have been better. Like I needed that – just to feel at home and at peace, no matter where I was.
