Actress Lara Dutta and her 14-year-old daughter, who were stuck in Dubai amid the ongoing tension in the Middle East, have returned safely to Mumbai. Lara said that the situation was worrying due to the bombing near Dubai’s Jebel Ali Port. He also told that he posted the video on social media because he felt that it could have been his last message. In an interview given to Hindustan Times, Lara Dutta told that her house is about 10 kilometers away from Jebel Ali Port, where there was continuous bombing. He said he decided to take the risk to return to his family. Lara told that she reached Fujairah after traveling for two hours. A day before this, Fujairah Port and Oil Refinery were also attacked. He said that this journey was quite scary. Explosions were heard at the airport too. Lara Dutta told that the sounds of explosions were also heard at the airport and everyone was hoping that there would be no attack. She also praised the airlines and said the experience could have an impact on her daughter. Lara told that jokingly she told her co-star Akshay Kumar in the film Welcome to the Jungle that she felt as if she was a part of the film Airlift 2. The actress also told that she shared the video on social media for a personal reason. She said that she was about to set out on a risky journey alone with her daughter and there was a lot of uncertainty about the situation at that time. The actress said that the thought also came to her mind that perhaps this video could be the last message. That’s why he decided to post it.
