Production company Trimurti Films has filed a copyright infringement case against filmmaker Aditya Dhar’s production house B62 Studios. It is alleged that the song Rang De Lal (Oye Oye) was used without permission in the film Dhurandhar 2. According to Bar & Bench report, Trimurti Films says that the songs Tirchi Topiwale (Oye Oye) and Hum Pyar Karne Waale or their similar versions from their film Tridev have been used in the film without license or permission. Let us tell you that the song Tirchi Topiwale was composed by Anand-Milind. Whereas, it was sung by Amit Kumar and Sapna Mukherjee. Demand for a ban on the use of the song from the court: Regarding the matter, a source said, Trimurti Films says that the rights of this song and its sound recording are with them or under their control. The lawsuit filed demands that further use of the song be banned, along with damages and other necessary relief. Trimurti has also expressed concern that the song could be used to earn money through theatrical releases, streaming platforms and promotional materials. Let us tell you that the song Rang De Lal (Oye Oye) from the film Dhurandhar 2 has been lent its voice by Jasmine Sandlas, Afsana Khan, Amit Kumar and Rebel. The new version has been composed primarily by composer Shashwat Sachdev. While the song has been credited to famous music composer duo Kalyanji-Anandji. The main star cast of the film is seen in the video of the song, which includes Ranveer Singh, Arjun Rampal, Sanjay Dutt, R. Madhavan, Sara Arjun and Rakesh Bedi.
