Ranveer Singh’s film Dhurandhar 2 (Dhurandhar: The Revenge) became the 8th highest-grossing Indian film in terms of worldwide earnings. The worldwide collection of the film reached around Rs 1,067 crore, with which it has left behind Pathan (Rs 1,055 crore) and Kalki 2898 AD (Rs 1,042 crore) in terms of earnings. According to trade website Sacknilk, the film collected a net collection of Rs 49.70 crore in India on the eighth day of its release (Thursday). The film made a worldwide gross collection of Rs 1,067.24 crore. The total net collection of Dhurandhar 2 in India became Rs 674.17 crore and gross collection became Rs 805.32 crore. Gross collection is the total earnings from tickets and net collection is the earnings after tax. The film earned Rs 261.92 crore in overseas, taking the worldwide gross collection to Rs 1,067.24 crore. On the eighth day, the Hindi version of the film earned the highest amount of Rs 46 crore. At the same time, the collection was Rs 2.50 crore in Telugu, Rs 90 lakh in Tamil, Rs 20 lakh in Kannada and Rs 10 lakh in Malayalam. Dhurandhar got a great response. The first part of Dhurandhar performed brilliantly at the Indian as well as international box office. The film had earned around Rs 1,307 crore worldwide. The gross collection of the film in India was Rs 1,005.85 crore, while the net collection was approximately Rs 840 crore. At the same time, with the earning of Rs 894.49 crore, it became the highest grossing film in Hindi language. The film Dhurandhar got tremendous response in foreign markets also. It did a business of about Rs 299.5 crore in overseas. Especially in America and Canada, the film had left behind the record of Bahubali 2 by earning more than Rs 193.06 crore. Interestingly, the film was a resounding success even when it was not allowed to be released in the Gulf countries.
