Bollywood singer and rapper Badshah has got relief from the High Court in the controversial song ‘Tatiri’ case. The High Court has put a stay on Badshah’s arrest. In such a situation, Singer Badshah has got relief in a way. But the High Court has given relief on the condition that they will cooperate by joining the investigation. Haryana Women Commission has also given a statement regarding this. Haryana Women Commission Chairperson Renu Bhatia says that the Commission also wanted Badshah to join the investigation. If Badshah had appeared in the case in the Panipat meeting on 13th, this situation would not have arisen nor would orders for arrest have been issued. According to the information, this Tatiri song was sung by 20-year-old Simran Jaglan, resident of Patti Afghan village of Kaithal district, about 3 years ago. His father Karambir Fauji is also a Haryanvi singer. Now Simran has given the female vocal voice in this titi song and the rest of the lyrics are by Badshah. Regarding this, Badshah had come to Kaithal and Sonipat to promote the song. The Commission had raised objection on the objectionable words in the song. The Women’s Commission had raised objection on the objectionable words and scenes of girls being shown in the song and the Chairperson of the Commission, Renu Bhatia said – ‘Sent a summons to the singer. On March 13, he was called to the Panipat SP office and in his statement given to the media had said that Badshah will be at his home, he will have to come, otherwise the songs will be banned in Haryana. But Singer Badshah did not reach the Panipat meeting on March 13 and President Renu Bhatia ordered Panipat and Panchkula SP to arrest the singer and confiscate his passport. On this, Singer Badshah’s lawyer asked for some time from the Commission, but the Commission did not agree. After which the singer went to the High Court.
