Bollywood actor Ajay Devgan’s multiplex chain ‘Devgan Cinex’ has launched its new cinema hall on Ghodbunder Road, Thane. Located in The Walk, Hiranandani Estate, this multiplex has 5 luxury screens and a seating capacity of 953 spectators.
This theater will open for the general public tomorrow i.e. on March 19 with the release of this season’s biggest film ‘Dhurandhar: The Revenge’.
‘Buttkicker’ motion seats for the first time in India
The biggest feature of this multiplex is the technology here. For the first time in the country, ‘Buttkicker’ motion seats have been installed in a theatre. This technology creates vibration in the seat according to the action going on on the screen.
This will make the audience feel as if they themselves are a part of the action of the film. Apart from this, there is also a special auditorium named ‘Amor’, in which all the seats are luxury recliners.

The network of ‘Devgan Cinex’ is spread in 19 cities.
Ajay Devgan started his cinema chain with the name of ‘NY Cinemas’, which has now been given a new identity as ‘Devgan Cinemas’. Currently this brand is operating 57 screens in 19 cities of the country.
This includes big cities like Mumbai, Gurugram, Ahmedabad, Gandhinagar, Guwahati, Ghaziabad and Kanpur. This new cinema hall in Thane is the latest and most advanced version of this chain.
