The trailer of Ranveer Singh’s most awaited film ‘Dhurandhar: The Revenge’ i.e. ‘Dhurandhar 2’ has been released on Saturday. Along with the trailer, advance booking of the film has also been opened. As soon as the booking started, more than 5 thousand tickets of the film were booked within just an hour.
The craze of fans for the film is such that despite the expensive ticket of Rs 2500, the shows in many theaters are on the verge of being housefull.
5 thousand tickets booked in just one hour
The trending ticker of 12:01 pm on the ticket booking platform Book My Show was showing that 5 thousand tickets of the film have been sold in the last one hour. This data is from one platform only. The audience is showing maximum enthusiasm for the paid preview to be held on March 18. By the time the news was written, the pace of booking had increased further and this figure had crossed 7000 on the ticker.
The price of ticket for the book show without tax has reached Rs 2 thousand.
Advance booking started with the trailer itself
The trailer of ‘Dhurandhar 2’ was released at 11:01 am on Saturday. The makers announced the start of advance booking at the end of the trailer itself. Along with this, it was also informed that before the grand release of the film on March 19, its paid preview will also be held on March 18.
A ticket of Rs 2500 in Delhi NCR
Despite the expensive tickets, there seems to be no decrease in the booking of the film. In Delhi NCR’s premium theaters like PVR Director’s Cut, the price of a ticket has reached around Rs 2500 including taxes. There are very few seats in these premium theaters, but within two hours of the trailer arriving, these seats are almost filled. Shows in general theaters are also filling up rapidly.
