Director SS Rajamouli is once again preparing to create a new history on the big screen with his grand vision. After the global success of both parts of ‘Bahubali’ and ‘RRR’, he has now created a huge cinematic world for his next mega film ‘Varanasi’. The story of this film covers the time from Treta Yuga to the modern era. In such a situation, Varanasi will also be shown according to different times. The film team has prepared two different versions of sets for this. One is from ancient times and the other is from modern times. Different eras will be reflected by changing parts of the set as per the need. Mahesh Babu, Priyanka Chopra and Prithviraj Sukumaran will be seen in the lead roles in the film “Varanasi”. The art direction is like Hollywood. The production of the film is going on in Hyderabad these days, where the makers have prepared a grand and detailed set of the city of ‘Varanasi’. The ghats, temples and ancient architecture have been recreated so closely that this set gives the feel of the real city. It is being said that this set design has international level art. The direction team and VFX planning has been done to give a real and immersive experience. According to the reports, the most special thing about the set is the replica of Ratneshwar Mahadev Temple, which is famous for its tilted structure. The entire set is spread over 6 acres and is similar to the real Varanasi. It has been scaled down by about 30%. Special care has been taken on the basis of real pictures and measurements. The shooting of the film is going on on schedule in which Mahesh Babu and the dreaded villain Prithviraj are seen. It is also learned that Rajamouli is trying to complete the shooting as soon as possible. Its first glimpse was shown in the trailer festival held at Le Grand Rex. This is an indication that the film can make a big impact not only in the Indian market.
