There has been a controversy over the song ‘Sarke Chunar Teri Sarke’ from the film ‘KD- The Devil’, which is releasing in April. Chandigarh Council of Lawyers Chairman Vasu Ranjan Shandilya has given a complaint to the SSP of Chandigarh on Tuesday. He has said that the song is vulgar. It has been said in the complaint that this song is having a wrong influence on the youth and hurting the dignity of women. He told that Nora Fatehi and Sanjay Dutt are seen in the song, while its lyricist is Rakib Alam. He has demanded from the police that in case of obscene song going viral, an FIR should be immediately registered under Section 294, 296, 79 of BNS and Section 67 and 67A of IT Act and the song should be removed from all social media platforms, because promoting obscenity in the name of freedom of expression is a legal offense. Due to this, the dignity of women, children and society is being badly affected, hence strictest action is necessary. Vasu Ranjan Shandilya has sent a copy of the complaint to Home Minister Amit Shah. The lyrics of the song are not worth listening to. Vasu said that the objection to the song is that the lyrics in it have double meaning. Which is not worth listening to for anyone. This will have a negative impact on the youth. Our young generation will be confused by this. The song has been released in 5 languages. This song was released two days ago on March 15. The song was launched during an event held at AMB Cinemas, Bengaluru. This song has been released not only in Hindi but also in Kannada, Telugu, Tamil and Malayalam languages simultaneously.
