Bollywood actor Nawazuddin Siddiqui reached the tehsil office of Muzaffarnagar and got registered.
Bollywood actor Nawazuddin Siddiqui has registered 55 bighas of agricultural land in his native village in Muzaffarnagar, UP. Its price is said to be around Rs 6 crore. Nawazuddin has purchased this land from seven persons.
Nawazuddin Siddiqui had transferred his land to his brothers three years ago. There were speculations then that he would now stay in Mumbai only. On Thursday, Nawazuddin had reached Tehsil with his film producer brother Faizuddin Siddiqui. Sub-Registrar Pankaj Kumar got the registration process completed by getting the actor to sign the papers. The land is in Budhana Bangar area.
As soon as the information about Nawazuddin’s arrival in Tehsil was received, a crowd of fans gathered. He met fans and also posed for photographs. According to sources, Nawazuddin may stay in his native village till Eid.

Nawazuddin’s brother film producer Faizuddin told that earlier there was an old land, which they had come to buy. We had taken it long ago from our friend and family relation and had also paid for it, but the deed of sale could not be done at that time because we were busy with work.
Now I thought that I should go and complete my work in a day or two. Nawaz Bhai is also connected to land and is interested in farming. This is his habit, because earlier even when his father owned land, he had done farming. He loves soil and working with it.

- Nawazuddin Siddiqui was born on 19 May 1974 in a farmer family in Budhana town of Muzaffarnagar. He grew up in a large family with nine brothers and sisters. The environment of his village was very simple. There were very few means of entertainment there.

However, on 10 October 2025, the Bombay High Court dismissed the case on the grounds of ‘non-prosecution’ as Nawazuddin and his lawyer had not appeared in the court despite being summoned several times. On this, the opposition lawyer argued that this case was only a tactic to create pressure. Nawazuddin was not interested in taking it forward realistically.
Nawazuddin Siddiqui’s wife Alia had accused him of rape and domestic violence. He was also accused of neglecting children.
Alia had made serious allegations against Nawazuddin like rape, domestic violence and neglect of children. In the year 2023, Alia had shared a video on social media and claimed that Nawazuddin had thrown her and the children out of the house at midnight. However, in March 2024, Alia told on social media that keeping in mind the future of the children, she and Nawazuddin have ended their differences and reconciled.
