The film will be directed by Kabir Khan. Initial pre-production work will take place in Australia. Debris filled about 200 meters inside the Silkyara end of this tunnel being built under the Chardham All Weather Road Project and 41 laborers working on the other side got trapped. Within a few minutes it became clear that this was no ordinary accident. The accumulated debris inside the tunnel, weak geological structure and limited access had made the situation extremely difficult. As soon as information about the incident was received, local administration, NHIDCL, SDRF, NDRF, police and other agencies became active. The biggest concern in the initial hours was whether the workers were alive or not. The first news of relief came when signals were received from inside the tunnel that all the workers were safe. After this the entire focus became on providing them food, water, oxygen and medicines. CM Dhami arrived the next day after the accident. After this accident, CM Pushkar Singh Dhami declared it the top priority of the state. The very next day he reached Silkyara and reviewed the ongoing rescue operations at the spot. He gave clear instructions to the officials that there will be no shortage of resources at any level. During the rescue operation, the CM continuously maintained coordination between Uttarkashi, Dehradun and Delhi. Constant contact was maintained with the central government. Prime Minister Narendra Modi himself kept taking information about the campaign and instructions were given to provide necessary resources immediately. This incident was so big that the entire administration from Uttarkashi to Delhi came on alert mode. The state government kept every arrangement ready in advance, from medical facilities to logistics support. 41 ambulances were kept ready even before the workers came out. A special medical ward was created in Chinyalisaur. AIIMS Rishikesh was put on alert mode. The administration also took care of the arrangements for accommodation, food and regular information for the families. Waiting outside the tunnel, hope inside The most humane aspect of this entire rescue operation was the story of those 41 laborers who were trapped inside the tunnel. Initially oxygen was delivered through a narrow pipeline. Later food, medicines, dry fruits and other essential items started being sent. After contacting the workers, they were told that thousands of people outside were making efforts for their safe return. A few days later, his pictures were revealed for the first time through the camera. These pictures gave relief to the entire country. The workers were also given mobile phones, charging arrangements and some games for type passes so that their motivation remains maintained. Experts kept trying to keep him mentally strong. At this time, there came a time when the machines started giving up. The first major phase of the rescue was to make a path through the debris by laying pipes. The machines drilled for several metres, but the work was repeatedly hampered due to steel, rebar and other obstacles present inside the tunnel.
