Mirzapur: The Movie will release in theaters worldwide on September 4. The teaser of the film will be released on June 25 at 12 noon. Before the teaser, the makers have released the first look character posters of Munna Bhaiya, Guddu Bhaiya and Kalin Bhaiya. Along with this, a special poster of ‘Gaddi’ has also been shared, on which it is written, “Gaddi hai to hum hain.” The posters released have shown a glimpse of the power, heritage and enmity of Mirzapur. After the release of the posters, the excitement about the film has increased among the fans and it is being discussed on social media. Along with the poster of Pankaj Tripathi’s character Kalin Bhaiya, it was written, “What has come will also go, it will be as per Kalin Bhaiya’s wish. Welcome to the big screen.” It is written on the poster of Ali Fazal’s character Guddu Bhaiya, “Started out of compulsion, now I am having fun. Guddu Bhaiya is coming on the big screen, are you ready?” The poster of Divyendu Sharma i.e. Munna Bhaiya was captioned, “We are the heroes of Hindi films, it was said that we are immortal. Munna Bhaiya’s Bhaukaal, now on the big screen.” Mirzapur: The Movie will be released in Hindi and Telugu in theaters worldwide on September 4. The film is produced by Amazon MGM Studios and Ritesh Sidhwani and Farhan Akhtar’s Excel Entertainment. The film is directed by Gurmeet Singh and the story is written by Puneet Krishna. Kasim Jagamgia and Vishal Ramchandani are the co-producers. Ravi Kishan will also be seen in the film. Apart from Pankaj Tripathi, Ali Fazal, Divyendu Sharma, Shweta Tripathi, Jitendra Kumar, Ravi Kishan, Abhishek Banerjee, Rasika Duggal, Shriya Pilgaonkar, Harshita Gaur, Sushant Singh, Mohit Malik, Sheeba Chaddha, Rajesh Tailang, Kulbhushan Kharbanda, Sonal Chauhan, Pramod Pathak and Anangsha Biswas will also be seen in the film. It is noteworthy that ‘Mirzapur’ is one of India’s most popular crime-action web series. This series was released on Amazon Prime Video. Its story is based on the background of Purvanchal and Mirzapur of Uttar Pradesh. The first season of ‘Mirzapur’ was released on 16 November 2018, with a total of 9 episodes. The second season was followed on 23 October 2020, consisting of 10 episodes. Whereas, the third season was released on 5 July 2024. This season also had a total of 10 episodes.
