Samantha Ruthaprabhu recently met Tamil Nadu Chief Minister and actor Thalapathy Vijay in Chennai. By posting pictures of this special meeting, Samantha has praised Vijay.
Samantha posted pictures from the official social media account and wrote, ‘When I reached Chennai today, I felt very happy because I was going to meet our Chief Minister. I always felt that Vijay sir was not made just to be a hero on screen. His energy, his presence and people’s love for him always made us feel that his purpose was bigger than this.
He further wrote, ‘What inspires me the most is the courage to step into a completely new field. Moving to a place where the stakes are much higher when you’ve already achieved success in your old field. This decision is not taken because it is easy, but because you believe that you can bring about change.
‘I believe that at some point in life, we all come across such an opportunity when we have to think beyond ourselves and ask what contribution we can make to the society. But very few people answer that call.
Finally Samantha wrote, ‘I think Vijay sir will surprise even those people who already trust him. The reason for this is not his position, but the intention with which he fulfills his responsibilities. I wish them strength, wisdom and the courage to stay on their path. And it’s a reminder to every young person that life can be bigger than the dream you started with.’
