Concern increased before the premiere of the film ‘Momaku’. Advocate Preeti Singh, on behalf of Sapna, argued in the court that her film ‘Momaku’ is going to be released soon and its premiere is also going to happen. In such a situation, Sapna needs protection. Veer Sahu can create a ruckus by attending a public event or a film premiere. This may affect Sapna’s safety and her work. Judicial Magistrate Nidhi Singh ordered that Veer Sahu will not contact Sapna Choudhary through any means till the next hearing. He has also been prevented from going to Sapna’s house, workplace or her surroundings. The court also made it clear that the defendants will not indulge in any form of domestic violence or harassment. The court has ordered the concerned protection officer and the local police station in-charge (SHO) to ensure compliance with the court’s instructions.
