Rakesh Roshan defends Hrithik Roshan amid rumors of budget dispute.
‘Krrish 4’, which is included in the popular projects of Bollywood, is once again in the headlines. For the past few months, there were reports that there were differences between Hrithik Roshan and Yash Raj Films (YRF) regarding the budget and production of the film. Some reports had claimed that Hrithik wants a budget of around Rs 500 crore for his directorial debut film ‘Krrish 4’, while Aditya Chopra wants to keep it within Rs 350 crore.
Now filmmaker Rakesh Roshan has reacted to these speculations. He said that the news of Hrithik demanding Rs 500 crore is completely wrong.
According to Rakesh Roshan, there is no dispute of any kind between Hrithik and Aditya Chopra.
Rakesh Roshan said – such things are complete nonsense
In an interview given to Mid-Day, Rakesh Roshan said that it is wrong to say that Hrithik has asked for a budget of Rs 500 crore for the film. He described these news as “nonsense”. According to Rakesh, it takes time to make a big film that lives up to the expectations of the audience. Adequate time was also taken to prepare each film of the ‘Krrish’ franchise.
The film is not closed, waiting for the right time
Rakesh Roshan clarified that the film is not stuck due to any controversy or difference of opinion. He said that work on ‘Krrish 4’ is going on and there is no problem with the film. According to him, at present Hrithik is busy with his other professional commitments and production house work. Therefore we have to wait for the dates.
He said that there is no dispute of any kind between him, Hrithik and Aditya Chopra. There is no truth in what is being said on social media and in some reports.

Earlier this year, many reports had claimed that the production of ‘Krrish 4’ is stuck due to budget. It was said that Hrithik wants to make the film at the level of international superhero films, for which around Rs 500 crore will be required. At the same time, YRF wants to control costs. For this reason the shooting of the film is not progressing.
However, now after Rakesh Roshan’s statement it has become clear that the film has not been shelved and there is no major conflict regarding the budget.
Hrithik Roshan himself will take charge of the direction of ‘Krrish 4’ for the first time.

‘Krrish 4’ is special because it will be the first directorial film of Hrithik Roshan’s career. Last year, Rakesh Roshan had announced that Hrithik would enter the world of direction through ‘Krrish 4’. In the film, along with acting, he will also take up the responsibility of direction.
